The Abbey Dash has been going strong for almost 40 years. This is the perfect 10K course for you to set that personal best, with the course being as flat as a pancake – your time to secure that personal win!
The course is 10k in distance, running from Leeds City Centre to the iconic Kirkstall Abbey and back.
Each mile we run celebrates resilience and reminds us of the power of community.
